How do you define “Premium Silver Jewellery”?
Premium Silver jewellery is a new dimension to the high-end jewellery segment created at Ramee. It is a fine work of astounding artistry of designs par excellence that make these jewels a class apart.
What are Ramee products made up of?
All the products are made up of 92.5 hallmarked Sterling Silver. Every piece is micron plated with 18 KT Gold in Yellow, White, Rose and Black colour which gives it a long-lasting shine and finish. These jewels are studded with select gemstones.
Which types of gemstones are used in your jewels?
We use lab-certified reconstituted semi-precious and precious gemstones. We use fresh water and south sea pearls. We also use a very high-quality cubic zirconia as and when required.
How long will the polish last on your items?
Since all our jewels are 18 Karat Gold micron plated, the surface polish lasts for a minimum of 4 to 5 years if proper care is taken. We hereby request our customers to adhere to some simple jewellery care instructions provided with every purchase. We are happy to re-polish your piece at your request. Can I give my own design to make a jewellery piece?
Yes, we make customised jewellery in 18KT & 14KT Gold studded with diamonds and natural stones. You may visit our ‘Custom’ page to discuss and share your inputs about your design with one of our expert jewellery consultants.
What if, I want to return, exchange or seek refund of my purchase?

What happens once I place my order on this website?
On receiving your order, we shall send you a confirmation email along with the acknowledgment of payment received from you. We shall send you a tracking number after shipment of your package is made. You may refer our Shipping Policy for more information.
